Dr. César Cabrejo
My story in Veterinary Medicine begins in 1999 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the National University of Colombia, where I found great brothers in life along the way and began to forge my small steps in this beautiful profession.
My professional path began with fleeting steps in large animals (equine and bovine) in this area, I worked for about two years; full of learning and great anecdotes.
My interest in continuing to learn was great and I decided to travel to Spain, more specifically to Córdoba, a beautiful and historically rich city where I have a large part of my heart.
The return
Once in Colombia, the uncertainty was very great. I completed several intensive courses in anesthesia and analgesia in different clinics in the city, but finally, life's circumstances led me to the jungle, to the city of Inírida. There, I worked as a departmental zoonosis expert, learning about different ancestral cultures: Curripacos, Piunaves, Piapocos, and discovering for myself the immensity of the jungle, a breathtaking and imposing place.
Teaching
After two years of learning, the path led me to the University of La Salle (2012) where I served as Medical Coordinator of the Small Animal Clinic and postgraduate professor in subjects such as anesthesia, analgesia, evidence-based medicine, internal medicine practices, tutor of undergraduate and postgraduate works among many other activities where I enriched my medical knowledge with the help of great professors, professionals and friends for almost ten years.
The Change
Life's circumstances led me to a new branch of medicine: functional medicine. I was captivated by its meticulous approach to cellular physiology, biochemistry, and the return to ancestral practices. And here I am, on the path of learning functional medicine.
Training
National University of Colombia 2005
In 2005 I graduated as a Veterinarian from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics of the National University of Colombia.
University of Cordoba, Spain 2009
In 2009 I completed my Master's degree in medicine, health and animal improvement, with a research focus on anesthesia and analgesia.

My Philosophy
My philosophy is to support families seeking an alternative approach to medicine, one that combines the best of traditional Western medicine with alternative medical tools. It's not just about providing medicine; it's about changing lives to live better.
